Served on weekends in the comfort of Hilton Adelaide’s Lobby Lounge, Hilton High Tea sets the scene for an exceptional experience.

From arranging a birthday treat, baby shower or to simply catching up with friends, there’s always a great reason to enjoy High Tea.

Indulge in a truly unique experience from a delectable selection of sweet and savoury items prepared by our very own in-house patisserie and complimented with La Maison Du Thé.

La Maison Du Thé is a culmination of patience, years of learning and generations of French master tea blenders. Each tea has been hand torn to maintain the full leaf of each blend for ultimate infusion and integrity of flavour. 

High Tea is served Saturday and Sunday, 1:00pm – 3:30pm.

$49 includes tea, coffee and a glass of sparkling wine on arrival.

Tier 1: Macaroon, chocolate eclair, lemon meringue tart
Tier 2: Opera cake, strawberry and vanilla red velvet, hazelnut Paris Brest
Tier 3: House made plain and fruit buttermilk scones with strawberry jam and cream
Side: House made pork sausage roll, herb chicken salad brioche sandwich, smoked salmon and avocado bagel
